How Our Wash & Fold Service Works
Our full-service laundry is for anything that doesn’t require dry cleaning or pressing, such as t-shirts, workout clothes, undergarments, socks, towels, sheets, and bathroom mats. We will then fluff & fold your garments so they are ready to wear!

1 Schedule a Pick-up or Drop Off at the Store
Fill your bag with your dirty laundry and leave it at the door or drop it off at one of our convenient locations. There’s no need to pre-sort. Our laundry specialists will sort and separate light from dark items.

2 We Wash, Dry & Fold
Your clothes are professionally cleaned with high-quality detergents and commercial equipment, completely dried on a medium heat setting, and then neatly folded.

3 We Deliver or You Pick Up
Typically, you can pick up your fresh laundry within 24 hours. If you are in one of our NC service areas, we will deliver your laundry free of charge.

How does it work?
Whether you use our locations or our Free Home Pick Up and Delivery, place your Wash-Dry-Fold items in a separate bag from your dry cleaning. We’ll wash, dry and neatly fold everything and return it to you in a reusable blue Wash Dry Fold bag.

How long does it take?
We’ll typically have them ready for you within 24 hours or on your next drop-off day for home delivery customers.

What can I put in my bag?
Anything that can be washed, dried, and folded. Think about items like shirts/t-shirts, pants/shorts, sweatshirts, socks/underwear, towels, comforters, and sheets.

Do I have to sort or pre-treat stains?
Nope. Simply fill the bag before pickup and we will take it from there. We sort all lights and darks into separate piles and pre-treat stains before items go in the washer.

Can you deliver my clean laundry to my door?
We currently offer free pick up and delivery in Advance, Banner Elk, Bermuda Run, Blowing Rock, Boone, Burlington, Cary, Chapel Hill, Clemmons, Grandfather Mountain, Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, Kernersville, Lewisville, Linville, Oak Ridge, Pfafftown, Summerfield and Winston-Salem.
You do not need to be home when items are picked up and delivered. We will place your clean items on the door hook in your pre-determined, weather-sheltered location. Just fill your bag and have it by your outside door no later than 8:00 am for pick-ups.

How do I pay for my cleaning?
Your cleaning will be charged directly to the credit/debit card you have on file.

Are dry cleaning and laundered shirts included?
This service is only for wash & fold orders. Dry cleaning and laundered shirts are charged per piece as part of our dry cleaning service.

Can I put dry cleaning items in with this laundry?
If we find an item that should not be laundered in your wash dry fold bag, it will automatically be dry cleaned instead at the normal rate.

Is there a minimum order size?
